  • org.openrewrite.maven.cleanup.ExplicitPluginGroupId: Add the default <groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId> to plugins for clarity.
  • org.openrewrite.maven.cleanup.PrefixlessExpressions: MNG-7404 drops support for prefixless in POMs. This recipe will add the project. prefix where missing.
